College Prospect Camps – Refund, Cancellation & Weather Policy

Power Swing Baseball is committed to providing high-quality college prospect camps that give players the opportunity to showcase their abilities in front of college coaches and professional scouts.

Due to the extensive planning, facility reservations, staffing, equipment, travel arrangements, and coordination with college coaches and scouts, the following refund and cancellation policies apply to all Power Swing Baseball camps and showcases.

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• More Than 14 Days Before Camp: Participants requesting to cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled camp may request a refund, subject to review and any applicable processing fees.
• Within 14 Days of Camp: All registrations are final. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON. Participants who notify Power Swing Baseball before the scheduled camp may receive a credit toward a future Power Swing Baseball camp.
• No-Shows: Participants who fail to attend their scheduled camp without prior notification will forfeit their registration fee. No refund or future camp credit will be issued.
• Camp credits are applicable only toward future Power Swing Baseball camps and have no cash value.

2. Weather Policy

Power Swing Baseball camps and showcases are outdoor events and may be affected by weather conditions.

• Camps will proceed as scheduled whenever reasonably possible, including during periods of light rain or other manageable weather conditions.
• Power Swing Baseball reserves the right to modify schedules, adjust activities, delay portions of an event, or make other necessary accommodations due to weather.
• When available and feasible, an indoor facility may be utilized. However, indoor facilities are not guaranteed.
• Weather conditions, including rain or unfavorable forecasts, do not automatically qualify participants for a refund.
• If a camp proceeds as scheduled, no refunds will be issued because of weather-related modifications or changes in the number of attending college coaches or scouts.

3. Camp Cancellation or Rescheduling

Power Swing Baseball makes every effort to conduct camps on their originally scheduled dates.

Due to the extensive coordination required for college coaches, scouts, facilities, staff, and participants traveling from various locations, canceling or rescheduling a camp is generally not feasible.

If Power Swing Baseball determines that an event must be canceled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, facility issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control:

• Participants will receive a credit toward a future Power Swing Baseball camp.
• Refunds will not ordinarily be issued for weather-related or other unavoidable cancellations.
• Power Swing Baseball will communicate cancellation decisions and credit information to registered participants.

4. College Coach & Scout Attendance

Power Swing Baseball works diligently to secure attendance from college coaches and professional scouts.

However, college coach and scout attendance is not guaranteed.

Colleges and scouts may provide tentative commitments to attend, but their participation is subject to change due to weather, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, recruiting obligations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• The number of colleges and scouts advertised represents anticipated or confirmed interest at the time of promotion.
• Actual attendance may vary.
• No refunds or credits will be issued due to changes in the number or identity of attending colleges, coaches, or scouts.
• Registration fees cover participation in the prospect camp, player evaluations, and applicable camp services, not a guaranteed number of college coaches or scouts.

5. Player Metrics & Recruiting Videos

Power Swing Baseball works to provide player performance metrics and recruiting video services when included with registration.

Player Metrics

• Player metrics will generally be distributed by text message or email within approximately 1–2 weeks following the camp.
• Delivery times may vary depending on processing and availability.
• Participants should check their email, spam/junk folders, and text messages.

Recruiting Videos

• Recruiting videos are produced and distributed by a third-party provider, Limitless Marketing.
• Video delivery may take approximately 1–2 months, although timelines may vary.
• Questions regarding video production, access, and delivery should be directed to Limitless Marketing.
• Delays in receiving metrics or recruiting videos do not automatically qualify a participant for a camp registration refund.

6. Registration Agreement

By registering for a Power Swing Baseball College Prospect Camp, participants and their parents or legal guardians acknowledge and agree to the following:

• They have read and understand the refund, cancellation, and weather policies.
• No refunds will be issued for participant cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled camp.
• Failure to attend without prior notification results in forfeiture of registration fees and future camp credits.
• Weather-related adjustments and changes in college coach or scout attendance do not qualify for refunds.
• Power Swing Baseball reserves the right to make reasonable event modifications necessary for participant safety and successful camp operations.

Power Swing Baseball appreciates the understanding and cooperation of all participants and families. Our goal is to provide a professional, well-organized recruiting experience that gives players meaningful exposure and opportunities to continue their baseball careers at the collegiate level.
